Through customized maintenance contracts, Scipar, Inc. provides support contracts that are specific to the installed system and the needs of the client. The maintenance contracts can include annual preventative maintenance visits, incident-based system troubleshooting, or phone support.

Training

To help ensure customer-satisfaction, Scipar offers training for our clients. At the request of the client, Scipar engineers will conduct training and information sessions in the areas of operator training, hardware maintenance training, and software training. Each training area touches on a specific issue in system functionality and covers the necessary information specific to a client’s organizational structure and needs. Training sessions can be arranged on-site or at Scipar’s facilities, where development systems and simulators are available to allow training sessions to be carried out without affecting the operational system.
